Jack Marshall a postgraduate in guidance leads of team of professionals who support and assist many hundreds of people each year to achieve their employment goals.


Shaping Success works with many major organisations throughout Scotland and has recently assisted the Royal Mail, Sportscotland, the Scottish Prison Service, Vertex Call Centres and the oil industry in offering support to employees.
